What do you call an accomplished artist/critically acclaimed photographer/director/award-winning art director? At AFG&, we call him Yücel. Mr. Erdogan began his career at Publicis for Max Factor. He joined AFG& in 1999, winning and developing ground breaking work for Bacardi, Tumi, Sally Hansen, Fortunoff, St. Regis, and Carrera y Carrera. After a brief stint partnering with Sean “P Diddy” Combs to help catapult CIROC vodka to the fastest-growing spirit in the world, Yücel returned to AFG& in 2015. We’re richer for it.

Augie once dreamt of being a copywriter. But the only agency job he could find after college was in accounting. He kinda liked it. He went back to school and got an MBA in finance. Fast-forward twenty years and Augie has held senior positions at Havas, Omnicom, and IPG. Renowned for vendor relations and for creating buying power across agency organizations, Augie helms the overall financial operations and diversity efforts of AFG&. He is a coolly efficient manager and numbers guy who also believes that the heart and soul of our business is creative.
